Planting

Part shade or morning sun in very well-drained soil. In heavy soil, plant on a mound or raised bed.

Pruning

Tip prune often and trim straight after flowering to keep it dense; avoid cutting into bare wood.

Care

Water in dry spells but never let it sit wet; root rot is the main killer. Often short-lived; take cuttings to replace it.
